The Solution is complementary to HR/Payroll solutions and has interfaces with SAP, ORACLE, META4, SAGE and other. Performance is measured and incentives are computed and automatically delivered to the HR/Payroll solutions.
Based on Time and Attendance data and on the business specific rules, the Solution segregates flexible hours and hours to be paid, classifies and calculate the worked hours such as contract, extra time, prevention time and other types of reimbursement.
The Solution information delivered to Payroll enables salaries to be paid automatically, saving time for the HR team, validating the entire process and assuring that worked time and incentives are correctly paid.
