Three, two, one, ignition: After a year and a half of hard work, perseverance and science, Blimunda rocket took off on October 16, 2021, during the EuRoC-European Rocketry Challenge 2021.
This competition, which took place in Ponte de Sor (paddock) and Campo Militar de Santa Margarida (launch site) from 11 to 17 October 2021, hosted 19 teams, with a total of 400 students from 13 European countries, including Switzerland , Poland, Italy, Greece, Germany, Denmark, among others. RED's participation will go down in history as the first Portuguese representation in a European rocket competition.
